Category 1 groups almost all the commercial chocolates are the ones which are most commonly consumed by people. The main ingredient of any chocolate is cocoa. All of this isn’t true for the chocolates in this category as they have only 5 to 7% of cocoa. The very first ingredient in these chocolates is sugar. Just one small chocolate will give you almost six teaspoons of sugar .On top of it they are loaded with hydrogenated vegetable fats, emulsifiers, stabilizers and artificial flavors, not something that your body craves for.

1. All you will need is cocoa powder, coconut oil and honey. The amount of cocoa powder should exactly be double the amount of coconut oil used. Simply add one fourth cup of cold pressed coconut oil to a saucepan. Mix four tablespoons of honey preferably raw honey.

2. Whisk it roughly for 10 seconds just to melt the honey. Now add half cup of natural unsweetened cocoa powder. Whisk it rigorously for a few seconds to make a glossy mixture.

3. That’s all. Make sure that the flame is at its lowest throughout the whole process. If not, you may end up burning the cocoa powder. You may even lift the pan to keep it away from the flame. The glossy mixture forms should neither be running nor thick just the polling consistency.

4. Pour it in your favorite mold or any container refrigerated for a few hours and enjoy.
