My impressions of the lecture on the 7 habits of highly effective people

I would like to start this blog a bit from afar. I had my last non-Russian teacher 3 years ago. I still remember this time and I am assured that I made a lot of progress during those classes. Now we had a chance to be lectured by an American professor.

To tell the truth, I wasn’t really astonished or amazed. I guess I’ve just expected too much from it. However, it was really nice to listen to a native American English speaker. The way he spoke, his intonation and pronunciation were really different from mine.

Speaking of the theme, It wasn’t new to me. I’ve already had simular lectures and heard most of those things. That’s why I wasn’t really interested. But if you haven’t had such experience it must be quite interesting and sapid. Actually, the speech and lecture were well-structured and he used easy words so everyone could understand him.

To sum up, I hope that in the future we will be lectured by foreigners more and subjects of each one would differ significantly.
